Melted Witch Cupcakes

So a lot of the time, I am working with recipes that I discover and am making tweaks. The decorations that I use are also either totally unique or tweaks.  However, sometimes flattery is just the best policy.  When I came across this blog earlier this week:

I fell in love with her cupcakes for Halloween!  So I made some myself.  I don't have step-by-step because you can find that on her blog.  Enjoy!!!
